***Any Sales Questions should be sent to dan@clubstory.net Our banking system will be taking purchase agreements in the near future. All pre sales will go via the banking systems set up. Right now we are initially just taking down names and giving out reservations to meet with a representative. Get your name in now to have a chance at one of the 16 units available, operating on the first come first serve basis. We could sell out prior to final approval if the people on the initial list exercise their options. At this time, it is no money down just sign up on the list to get the free option to buy.
These will be custom built units, and right now square footage is flexible. They can range anywhere between 900 and 1600, with the normal unit being 1300 sq.ft.
The builidings will be free spand with no inside support
walls, leaving complete flexibility on interior wall layout. They
will be built on crawl spaces to give more flexibility to plumbing layout
and future changes.

Our main goals with this project
are:
Dan Bright has been writing a few story line type of letters to the editor about this project and the current status of Brown County as a whole. They have been published in the Brown County Democrat, our only once a week local newspaper. I decided to use a story line type of letter for a little more entertainment, and maybe a calmer way to talk about key issues around our local town. Once the letter is published in the paper you can click here, Letters to Editors, to view back copies in order along with a little inside commentary on each issue.
